THE DEAD WALK AMONG US. _{the walking dead, 17 when the virus first broke out, it was closely monitored from every corner of the world, but not as closely as it was in ooo. having seen outbreaks just like this, particularly the most deadly one that lined up with the mushroom war, the people knew exactly how to deal with it. however, unlike the candy virus that could be cured by a special formula, this one had a very specific magical cure that princess bubblegum, after hours upon hours of research, had devised a special chemical formula that would kill the virus from its source. the cure's side effects were rather intense, and a lot of the patients ended up developing severe cases of pneumonia, or in some cases, some of their organ systems completely shut down. outside of the lab in the candy kingdom, however, the island of ooo was relatively virus-free, and the people continued to live in harmony. anyone who found the island seeking refuge from the virus were welcomed with open arms. however, things got rather patchy when princess bubblegum herself succumbed to the virus, taking the last dose due to an ingredient shortage, but she unfortunately lost her life due to sepsis. the land of ooo almost promptly succumbed to the virus, person after person being infected and zombified, and finn and jake were some of the last known people from ooo to make it out alive. however, in a rather rough storm that overtook the ocean, finn lost jake in an attempt to save him, to fish him out of the deep water, but his fear of the ocean stopped him from going as far as he could. exhausted, starving, and dehydrated, finn washed up alone in his raft on the shore of oceanside, where he was welcomed and treated. however, it wouldn't be long before the saviors arrived and massacred all of the men and boys in the group, and finn managed to escape after being interrogated and threatened by simon. once again alone and exhausted, he managed to pick his way to alexandria, where he finally came across rick and his group.}

THE SKY DREAMS OF DRAGONS. _{how to train your dragon, 15-17 on an island across a vast stretch of water from ooo lies berk, a development off of hub island, an archipelago that is full of many mysterious kinds of dragons. taking place after the conclusion of adventure time, finn travels to berk with jake in an effort to learn more about humans and their different cultures and developments. upon his arrival, he almost instantaneously bonds with hiccup and the other dragon riders, even meeting and taming a dragon of his own, perhaps the last known featherhide on berk, who he names minerva, after his mother.}STARDUST RUNNING THROUGH MY VEINS. _{voltron: legendary defender, 16-17 the land of ooo has been known for its technological advancements since its inception. it has the opportunity to give most of its people the ability to astral-project and to explore space with little to no further medical or technological interventions, allowing individuals themselves to travel through space all by themselves at the speed of spacecrafts, so they do not need one if they so desire. the technological abilities have also given their space explorers, and even the average people, to do something known as 'planet-hopping,' where they essentially teleport from one planet to another without having to fly on a spacecraft. on a mission to mars, finn and jake are thrown off-course and end up out in the middle of space where they see voltron battling zarkon and haggar for the first time. when haggar disrupts the castle's ability to wormhole, the interference between magic and quintessence of the travel paths disrupts their ability to function, rendering them useless for finn and jake to use to be able to return to earth and to get to other planets. a few months later, they are rescued by the same castle that they saw fighting zarkon and, once clued in to what's happening in the universe, they suit up to aid voltron in its mission.}
